    This was an amazing book, Whitney. I have read so many diet books in hopes of losing weight (I’m only 5 feet tall, so I have to constantly watch what I eat) and it gave me the motivation to get started. Thank you so much for sharing your advice and funny comments with the world.

  4. Hey, I’m reading your book right now. I’m on page 46, so I just passed the part where you said to go to your website lol but I wanted to tell you that I’m 5’2″ and my goal weight is 115. Your book has motivated me and you said to tell everyone you were going to lose weight so it would motivate you to actually do it, so I feel that by posting it here, and most of all telling YOU, I will actually do it this time 🙂 Thank you for writing this! 🙂

  5. I have been reading your book for 3 weeks now… When you actually tell me to start right now in chapter 1 or 2. I started pacing back and forth down the hallway while reading… then after that.. I started walking outside 2 to 5 miles Monday thru Friday… so far I lost 10 lbs.. I am overweight.. I can totally relate.. I went to food by 13 yrs old due to coping over a loss of a sister; then been doing it ever since.. I have 2 kids. now..I am even more in debt with weight.. I have accepted your challenge to also lose 100 lbs.. . in 1 yrs’ time. so thank you for your story to motivate me to do better.
